Pros

Work from home and free transport (god knows better when they stop the transport because discussions are happening) You get work from after begging to you manager

Cons

There is a long list and the day will be over if I try to write all. And for your knowledge I would have given o star but there is no option for that. The worst thing is the pathetic management in GSDC. Directors are not supposed to be at their position and TLs are idiots and have no idea of leadership. I have spent over 1 year here and never spent a day without fear of losing the job any second. There is no job security here even if you are giving your 100%. Let’s discuss People Development Plan. It’s a joke. Can you believe they changed the designations of entire department overnight without any discussion? When asked, the simple answer is take it or leave it. Your choice. People promoted within last one year, have been demoted due to this people development plan without any solid reason. Appraisal process? People were appraised without any discussion. You check your salary and calculate yourself. The calculation is so weird that in hand you got 1 % while on papers you got 10%. Trust me, they made appraisal a joke. Overnight changes surprise you almost every other day. You aim for one vision and by the time you complete your task you will be notified that vision is changed and the deliverable is not required anymore. Everyone in the company except sales is made feel that their job is not imp to company. And if their staff leave, company does not bother. You can have 1:1 with directors anytime and they will tell you on your face, “What you are doing is not adding any value to the company”. Everyone in GSDC has to create a business case of their existence every now and then to survive here. I can write so much more right now but I know it’s a waste of time. So closing this write up here. Just a warning if you are thinking to join this company, get ready for mental trauma. You better wait and join some better company.

Pros

Night shift allowance as i work in night shift. Meal vouchers are there but in night food is pathetic. God only knows what admin team is looking into.

Cons

1) Politics in middle management. 2) wrong choice of president award in business service 3) wrong director in place to control and run business service 4) Worse appraisal 5) New S2P model of End to end is no where to be seen...and we are working for more than 12 hours... 6) Team Leaders do not listen to my issues and asks me to stretch 7) My Team Leader is baised towards me....I am in price request service and handles renewal as well....but no appreciation from my TL. 8) Goals are never being paid in full. 9) Scare of getting fired from the company. In last one year I have seen 7 to 8 people being fired from the organisation.

Pros

-You can represent over 7,000 publishers -You can work there with little to no experience, great for recent grads

Cons

-Sales message changes bi-weekly -Processes are not thought through, little to know product knowledge and support -Company is hyper-focused Microsoft, yet preaches it is not -Leadership does not possess proper sales management skills -Company is still trying to figure out what it wants to be when it grows up (goes public) -Has no business offering the services it is having the sales team push, not ready for prime time. The mentality is go find the business and we can deliver, yet in reality you are expected to push services and the company will figure out how to deliver/hire resources once they sell the service. -
