      Pros

      + People are truly great, happy to help and to share ideas. You have the feeling you are part of a team beyond your function/department. + Benefits are great in general, from free lunch to cool offices to medical insurance to gadgets and latest technology. + Lots of exciting things and plans for the future, which make the employees driven and willing to invest their time and energy into getting more success for their company. + Well, if you are not from here, Barcelona is a benefit in itself. Despite the political turmoil, life remains pretty good! + Shorter day on Fridays (if your job allows, you can go at 3!) Your weekend starts early!

      Cons

      - People do work really hard here, it's true, and the environment is not as flexible as other companies, especially if you come from other geographies, but it seems less relevant once you are here (shorter commute, better lifestyle etc can make the lack of flexibility one of the cons only in principle).

      Pros

      Since you enter in the company, all the people help you to feel good... They offer a lot of benefits: good meal, drinks, coffee, variety of snack, a lot of surprise and catering as surprise, celebrating parties and typical traditions. Also you have health insurance, gym, games room, until parrots... :P Parties, program to meet people and the city, Barça tickets and a long etc

      Enough soon to see anything, all look like perfect!
