      Every developer has a voice in the squad and, the important thing: they are listened Lots of opportunities to learn and change (temporary or more stably) to other teams I always find someone to help me on any specific need or concern either inside or outside the squad or tribe. Super flexible schedule 3 weeks unpaid every 5 years (after the 3rd year) 5 weeks of leave paid every 5 years Clean atmosphere, soft skills are really evaluated in the selection process

      Cons

      - Mandatory 2 days a week in the office. Actually, I find it very interesting to meet my colleagues face to face, so it is not a negative condition for me. - No short days in summer or Fridays, which is a common practice in the tech companies in Barcelona - The software quality bar is slightly below what I would expect for a technological company, but we are here to raise the bar.
