      Pros

      - culture is good - nice offices - salaries and commissions good

      Cons

      - promotions are vague no matter how much they update the matrix. Plus also dependent on who your manager is as favouritism is running the company - middle managers becoming managers with no real experience of managing people therefore affecting growth for people being managed by these people

      Pros

      Most people are nice. Culture is good. Good benefits and nice offices and location. AI adoption is picking speed.

      Cons

      PM autonomy is absent. Top down and waterfall in nature. No OKR model. Alignment needed for everything with everyone and their aunt. This kills velocity and independence and makes a 1500 people company operate like a 20000 people company. Comp is low; No equity refreshers
