Pros

Great people, given good tools/resources to work with and no two days are ever the same. As its grown significantly there is a lot of opportunity to progress within the Company.

Cons

Its a complex business so there is a lot to learn (though that is good and bad!). Understanding the technology can be difficult if you've had no exposure to this type of environment before.

Awesome Colleagues. Free Fruit and Drinks. Ping Pong!!! Changing Technology. Real Mobility -- if you want to work in something new you can. Easy access to upper management.

Cons

Legacy technology from back when the company was 3 guys in an attic. Lack of focus. Lots and lots of effort just to stay running - makes it hard to prioritise real change. Starting to get really bogged down in 'process'
