Cons

Used to be a company with people genuinely interested in solving problems and helping travelers. It has now turned into a company dominated by managers whose only interest is to push personal agendas and get promoted. If you are the kind of person that likes to have an impact by adding value, do yourself a favor and stay away. The only thing that matters is to please senior management and if you don't play by their rules you will be marginalized and ignored. Everyone is aware of the problems but there's no solution in sight because the people that are in charge of fixing this are the same people that ruined the culture
