Pros

Skyscanner is a fantastic place to work. The work is fast paced and interesting and all employees are encouraged to push themselves and not be afraid to voice their ideas. The benefits package is great and I really like the flexible/ home working policy. Its a fun place to come to every day and that is what work should be about!

Cons

In my 6 months I can not think of any cons.

Pros

Skyscanner is a really collaborative and fun place to work. You are getting to work with people who are at the top of their game and love what they do. You always feel supported and part of a team, and its an incredibly exciting time to be a part of this company. The benefits are great, including a ping pong table to take a break, and free fruit and juice. This is a fast paced company always coming up with new ideas to improve the product, which makes for an exciting environment!

Cons

I don't see any cons in Skyscanner. I see it as a supportive and collaborative atmosphere and one that is great to work in.

Pros

Skyscanner has a great company culture, and great people. The traditional "corporate" bureaucracy is almost non-existent. The reinforces collaboration through teamwork while acknowledging and rewarding individual accomplishments. They provide ample opportunity for career development and make on-going training a priority. Flexible working takes into consideration "real" life and doesn't keep me tied to a desk 9-5.

Cons

Sink or Swim. Skyscanner is a very fast paced work environment where collaboration and individual drive is key. With a complex product it is at times challenging to understand the ever changing technologies that the company is based on.
