We are really disappointed to hear that your experience at Skyscanner wasn't as expected. We aim to be a workplace where everyone can feel like they belong and bring their whole selves at work - to us, this also means creating a safe space for neurodivergent colleagues to thrive. Whilst we incorporate DEI training, including microaggression training, into our manager pathways and offer a wide variety of resources and support to minimise situations like these, there will always be room for improvement.
We strongly encourage calling people into conversations when something doesn't feel right, but acknowledge that this is not always possible. Our People Partners are trained and equipped to handle situations like these so that any non inclusive behaviours can be addressed and corrected.
