      Pros

      Well, it’s a hybrid system, but considering that we need to go onsite even during bad weather, it’s quite inconvenient.

      Cons

      There’s inconsistency in the process, a bad community, political activity, and bullying. Even if you work hard, you’ll only get a salary increase of PHP 1,000 if you’re lucky, and it’ll be less than that if you’re not.

      It has the best of the Technology and Travel industries.

      Cons

      It is mostly sales and no product development. Those positions are in Australia.
