      I have a fantastic manager, who provides full support and guidance. A manager you genuinely enjoy working with.

      The design team is not the largest for the company's scale. The design team could always contribute more to what problems should be solved next.

      Despite being a 20 year old company it still has the dynamism of a start up - people collaborate, people get stuff done, people share their learnings. It's a fun company to work for - never boring always something new that is happening.
