      Pros

      Company going well doing there best to be the best in the hotel tech space. Office has heaps of space, big spaces lots of meeting space, nice views of city. Has grown up a lot, has big goals. Heaps of food and drinks available at office.

      Cons

      Not sure. Pretty great company, no one else in there space is doing what they do.

      Great company with ample opportunity to learn and grow

      Great opportunities for professional development Great co-workers Market leaders in the travel industry High growth mindset Travel opportunities Felt like I was always learning When the offices were open there was a great social element and many events were arranged. Great communication from senior management. Senior mgmt always open to new ideas and solutions relating to process and customer journey If you work hard and market yourself well internally there is no reason why you won't be successfull

      Needs more benefits Pay is slightly lower than other sales jobs Limited annual leave (20 days +1 birthday day off) Processes change quite a lot and sometimes it is hard to keep up Hotels can be very seasonal and it is often times difficult to be consistent with reaching targets as a result
