      The work environment was relaxed. The culture was great and fun people to work with.

      Cons

      Growth is very limited. The software has been for a long time in the market and the fresher salesman just get "burnt" leads.

      - Loads of opportunities to grow in different departments. I have been in 4 different positions myself. - Employee feedback is taken into consideration - Siteminder has a great culture and tries to keep their employees happy

      Cons

      - As it is a global company, sometimes things get lost between time-zones and APAC's opinions are taken into consideration a bit more than EMEA's and AMER's - Experiences may change depending on the department, manager and region. My experience has been very good, overall.
