Pros
I am convinced there is not a single company in the world with the culture of SiteMinder. It's a great company that values their employees and has their best interest in mind at all times. The training for new hires is very in depth and prepares the staff for what their careers will involve on a day to day basis. No two days are ever the same here! You get rewarded with vacations, paid birthday's off, and plenty of enjoyable activities outside of the office.
Cons
If I had to put anything down as a "Con", it would be "Life of a Startup". The industry is constantly changing and we must stay on our toes to stay ahead of the curve. Again, this isn't so much of a Con as it is a challenge we embrace!
