Siteminder is a very fun and laid back environment to work within. The company culture is amazing, the growth is expanding rapidly, benefits are great, the Team Leads are very open with you because they want to make sure this is a career you will enjoy and stay with long term and everything about working here will have you feeling welcome and motivated to come into work every day.

Honestly everything is great. I never have been in a such good company, starting for the way they treat and support us as part of a team. The culture environment is great since we are always having parties and team building games to know the rest of the team better.

Cons

So far, i love this job, conditions, good vibes...

- The people are awesome. They make coming into work enjoyable. - The product is actually easy to sell which is great. - Management is relatable and are always available. Listens to feedback and goes to battle for us. They also to the training which was nice!

Cons

HQ is in Sydney which makes communication difficult sometimes Sometimes it would be nice to have catered lunch's or breakfast's for the office.
