      Pros

      You will find a relaxed environment that is fun and provides flexibility

      Cons

      No or very little growth, the product is too mature and hence most of the market has been reached. Seniors hold the big piece of the cake as they can sell to more significant properties. The rest of the sales reps try to survive with tiny hotels and hostels with no budget or tech use.

      A pretty good place overall

      Pros

      Good, inclusive and collaborative team culture. Employees are smart and know their stuff. Plenty of opportunities to get involved in different projects. Free snacks and drinks, team lunches and events. A good all-round bunch to work with.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment. Employee shares could be better. Compared to other companies, they don't give you much. Promotions are concentrated in Product and not in Engineering or Design.
