I'm not sure when you left us but possibly some of your perceptions in terms of cons may have been driven by the Covid experience. Galway is a big part of our EMEA region, with the majority of our EMEA based Customer teams and leaders located there. The team is instrumental in driving our strategy and achieving our goals. SiteMinder has an excellent work culture and a healthy environment. It is definitely one of the best tech jobs in the Philippines. You also have unlimited growth opportunities here.

Cons

They only have typical work benefits for now but It'll surely improve once transitioned to its own entity here in PH.
