A very good workplace for people who like to hustle

Pros

Understanding people and great culture. Nice Work-Life balance with hybrid/ remote working options. Very ambitious and growing company; hence great scope for learning. Excellent leadership team.

Cons

Awards and rewards not a massive thing here. Annual hikes are okay-ish, could be better. Policies especially in terms of insurance isn't that good.
