      Pros

      SiteMinder has an excellent work culture and a healthy environment. It is definitely one of the best tech jobs in the Philippines. You also have unlimited growth opportunities here.

      Cons

      They only have typical work benefits for now but It'll surely improve once transitioned to its own entity here in PH.
