I am glad that you find the office to be an enjoyable place full of social and multicultural events as our PeopleMinders work incredibly hard to make SiteMinder an award winning place to work (Top 10 Best Places to Work 2023 Hotel Tech Awards). This is of course at odds with your comment about revenue being the primary driver following our debut on the Stock Exchange. We remain a very human organisation that puts our people at the heart of what we do and within Sales, our teams are the lifeblood of the business. Enviably in 2023 our Sales organisation continues to grow compared to other competitors in this space and we have worked incredibly hard in 2022 to ensure that our Sales Career Pathway reward structure remained competitive across Hotel Tech.
