- Great office space, good culture & great colleagues - Flexible, super diverse and inclusive culture, fun colleagues - Pay is competitive if you are in the right role & have the right profile - Great tech stack - Generally good senior leadership (some great, some average)

Cons

- Not investing enough in key areas that will secure the future of the company, sometimes excessive reliance on offshore locations and error prone manual processes (although it is getting better) - Still operates like an old school SAAS sometimes, although it is changing - Leadership can be a bit tone deaf and old school
