Management needs to be reviewed. There are many changes in the hierarchy while the centralisation of services moves easily from one country to another.

Nice people. A CEO and Exec team who are truly emotionally invested in the company.

Cons

Squeezing every last ounce of effort out of people. Some big egos that are getting in the way of true progress. Very limited benefits. Poor training resource and support. Time differences globally mean that work has to be done at unsociable hours sometimes.
