It is disheartening however and surprising to read your comments on management. Managers consistently score particularly high in our Office Vibe Surveys and from my perspective work very closely with team members supporting on a day to day basis and also in terms of coaching and supporting development for progression within the company. This type of feedback is not something I see internally and I appreciate you making your feelings known.       Pros

      Work-life balance is on the top of mind, my leader regularly ask me about my workload. Good growth opportunities, SM is ever changing/ever growing and by showing initiative I was giving opportunity to grow and shape my role in the way that I wanted.

      Communication challenges, sometime not all info reaches all corners of the business
