As you are aware we constantly solicit feedback via our internal survey tool Office Vibe , which really helps us to understand what we are doing well and where we can better support our employees. As you may be aware from updates on our All Hands/ Town Halls we conduct an annual benchmarking exercise of salary and benefits and keep abreast of market conditions to ensure out total Comp & Benefits packages are competitive.
