Great team! The management is very reasonable and supportive. They also have a lot of industry experience, which is invaluable for new starters. Having succeeded in the role themselves, they can guide you effectively, helping you hit the ground running. All of the sales team will try to help and support each other which, is great to be a part of. The company organizes plenty of socials and has created a welcoming environment that’s enjoyable to be a part of.

Well, it’s a hybrid system, but considering that we need to go onsite even during bad weather, it’s quite inconvenient.

Cons

There’s inconsistency in the process, a bad community, political activity, and bullying. Even if you work hard, you’ll only get a salary increase of PHP 1,000 if you’re lucky, and it’ll be less than that if you’re not.
