9yThanks for your feedback, you really are on topic! There is a current initiative to overhaul our performance management approach and all KPIs are fair game! The project is called People Growth and Performance, we are piloting with the Global Execs now and expect to launch to everyone in the new financial year. I am also working with my team on an internal Careers Fair to help people navigate the opportunities available to them internally. The plan for this is to help people identify their skills gaps so that they can grow and evolve their careers and find the right training to support their next step. Its due to launch in April.
