      Strong engineering culture + fun and down-to-earth social culture Growth and scaling Genuine desire to improve at all levels Good office location Decent perks (fresh fruit, snacks, various activities eg yoga)

      Cons

      Good compensation highly dependent on your negotiation skills Can feel a bit process- and middle-management heavy depending on where you sit Cramped office space

      Pros

      'Test and learn' is highly encouraged opening the door to a huge learning opportunity. Big and strong talented across the globe. Great culture amongst peers, everyone is helpful and positive. Great CEO.

      Cons

      A lot of processes still need to be formalised / scaled across the organisation e.g., annual review process etc.

      So great to hear that you love our environment and our people. Our success is driven by our ambitious and very talented team across the globe. Rapid growth means that some of our processes need to be adapted and scaled, this something that we are continuously working on. We did place a lot of focus on manager training this year as we wanted to ensure with so many new managers, they have the tools to develop and grow their teams.
