6yThank you for sharing your comments. I am disappointed to read your feedback as we are not only striving to become a world class engineering organisation, but we do not condone disrespectful behaviour at any level in the organisation. I would be keen to discuss this particular point with you.
As you mentioned, we are growing and this has created many opportunities for internal career growth and promotions. We have also invested in a new engineering leadership layer to help us develop our engineering cultural and grow our maturity across the organisation. We recognise that there are growing pains and we won't always get it right, but we follow a robust recruitment process for all internal and external hiring.
