As you are aware we constantly solicit feedback via our internal survey tool Office Vibe , which really helps us to understand what we are doing well and where we can better support our employees. Work-life balance is on the top of mind, my leader regularly ask me about my workload. Good growth opportunities, SM is ever changing/ever growing and by showing initiative I was giving opportunity to grow and shape my role in the way that I wanted.
