Thank you for your feedback, it's great to hear that you enjoyed your experience, particular our people and our products! Training and Development is something we are continuously improving, especially within our Customer Facing teams. We are just about to release phase 2 of our career paths which incorporates learning journeys to help our people develop the skills in order to progress. We have such talented teams, that we want to ensure that we continue to promote from within, as well as providing lateral career opportunities with other departments.

We are aware that the past few months have been difficult due to uncertainty of COVID. During this time, we held weekly All Staff meeting with anonymous Slido, and closely monitored our internal feedback tool OfficeVibe to ensure that we could address employees concerns and provide support. We recognise that our sales training needed to be improved, as a result, we developed a new dedicated Sales Training team to ensure that team members were set-up for success and are seeing great results from this, I'm sorry that this wasn't in place when you started.
