This company is a joke. It is managed by incoherent and incompetent people that have no management and leadership skills, who are expecting from you to achieve delusional targets not relevant to the current situation of the market.
Siteminder believes being the leader in its market but is clearly not in Europe. Its competitors are far more advanced and well spread than them. Though the company believes they are the best as central management is based in Australia where they are the leader in their home market. This leads corporate to order sales to deliver unrealistic numbers, on markets that are poorly managed by incompetent managers.
Not to mention the salary and commission package that is well under the average for this type of job and company. Basically expect to do cold calling all day long like a Telesales person, with high volume of calls for a product that most of their clients won't bother to buy because they already have what they need for a far better price.
On top of that they have sacked half of their staff and are now suffering from that as they believe outsourcing from unqualified people over in Ireland is the best option for their credibility.
