One of the standout aspects for me is the autonomy in my role. I'm trusted to make decisions, and I feel empowered to take ownership of my work. This has helped me grow personally and professionally. I like that everyone is approachable and willing to help, no ranking or seniority issue. Everyone is there to do their job, be a team player and share the same goal. Benefits are ok, I guess, depends on the country you're in.
