      Pros

      Constant fear of restructuring. No trust, no transparency, no complete bonuses. Dictating/Unethical managers: Power‑hungry, sadistic, imposing new rules daily. These “pros” are enough reasons to stay away.

      Frequent layoffs and restructuring create constant fear. Employees are misled about benefits. The work environment feels like being back in school, with rigid rules. Bonuses are never fully paid — it’s a trap. Managers act like dictators, imposing new rules daily. The culture is sadistic and demoralizing.

      You could wear what you wanted

      Cons

      They overwork you, they dont listen to your opinions and believe everything and everyone is happy when truly that's not the case. Nothing is fair working here. If you can do avoid at your very best. Work life balance is not good at all. limited social events. No growth opportunity at all. Workload is alot and they wont give you more pay even though your doing 3 times as more work. Constantly changing structure every 3 years. Not inclusive at all.
