Excellent innovation focus, very employee-friendly policies & workplace, fantastic brand equity in the Philips brand

Marketing focus is low, moving away from B2C businesses, reducing talent standards due to cost pressures.

Pros

Great brand legacy with a lot of potential for growth in the Connected space. Great people to work with.

Cons

Used to be a flexible company with up to 2 WFH days but that is no longer the case. No 360 reviews on BG managers (Huge Fail). Micromanagement and antiquated managers are a trend. No onboarding process for new hires. Not enough resources to execute ambitious goals. Leadership has been changing continuously for the last 2 years which leaves no sense of stability. Great talent has left or been layed off because of lack of career development focus.
