Pros

Technically a lot of learnings are possible, if you are ready to ignore all the clutter.

Cons

Pay structure is too inconsistent, 5 yrs exp engineer is paid less than a new college hire. Lots of politics, all the managers are just interested in politics. No work life balance, they will ask you to come on Saturday and Sunday also. Promotion only on buttering and not work.

Good local team. Good work life balance

Cons

Budget for development getting reduced year over year. Best talent has left, and those remaining are only waiting for the right opportunity to jump themselves Excessive control from Eindhoven is smothering innovation, and constant manager churn means new managers always parachuting in
