Good work life balance Remuneration is at par and above market

Cons

Directionless; almost all previous leaders moved out either because they don't believe in the lighting industry or company or both. These are leaders who has served the company atleast 10 years. It has become very short-term thinking by leaders, power congregated to a particular nationality, losing diversity, very unlike traditional Philips.
