      Pros

      The company is innovative and has some really great products. Not only just in the LED portfolio, but some of the systems that can really do many good things for consumers, healthcare patients or students.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Constant restructuring that creates insecurity with any employee (been through multiple layoffs to eventually become one of those statistics). Among poor management, Signify is not money smart when it comes to employee travel, product waste and adding products to their portfolio that could have easily increased the new customer base. For the oldest lighting company to exist, the competition is doing a much better job all across the board.

      Pros

      A lot of responsibility comes your way. Good for learning and grooming in real life scenario. Quality of peer group is decent.

      Cons

      Appraisals are not that great. Pay raise are nominal. Lost of cost pressure and work overload to a extent. Learning is not paid much heed to.
