      Some projects are interesting but depends on team

      Cons

      - not a good payroll company - hr has nothing to do with feedback or support requirement - too much politics to handle - pressure from management - no work life balance - uneven culture

      Pros

      Peers are great people/colleagues Lots of opportunities to learn/get trained Lots of opportunities to move to different functions within the company Good salary

      Cons

      Leadership is micro managing & top down Leadership is not empowering people in their capabilities You need to deal with the fact that every 2 years there is the change of getting fired due to cost-cuts If you see opportunities for improvement, you are not applauded for seeing them, but you get a critical reaction because you did not fix it yet.
