      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. You get to work with a lot of smart people and the company seems to care about employee wellbeing. Upward mobility and career moves definitely possible. You can also stay in a technical role and be compensated well. Overall a good company to work for.

      Cons

      -Publicly traded company in a low margin industry; if revenue goes down there will be cuts.
