      Not such a great place to work in Turkey

      There is pressure from the management that if they will be able to pay the salary at the end of the month (totally mobing) and they try to make the employees work harder in this context, incapable managers who do not know the electric market , no lead in management, they sacrifice people in mistakes rather then trying to find out why so that the best liar wins, and the processes are not developed properly, the same mistakes happen again and again.
