Great benefits for all employees (medical, education assistance, etc.)

Cons

Career growth stagnates as most senior roles go to EU employees (in Europe and US), career progression would require you leave and come back. Pay isn't competitive with other US employers.

Pros

You work flexitime and are allowed to work from home 1-2 times a week. My experience is that you are supported by the managers in your professional development.

Cons

You are not paid for working overtime and you receive quite low additional benefits (e.g. Szépkártya) compared to other employers in Hungary.
