Pros

Good Work life balance. You will find respect for all colleges .

Cons

Not much good projects coming up, Pay is not increased as per industry standards , And it feels even bad when new joiners are paid very handsomely and your pay is not increased saying company profitability. Advice not to stay in company more than 3 years . if management does not want to increase your salary. No matter how good you do. or how good is your ratting.. you will find your salary is less than what is mentioned in glassdoor. Worst thing 3 months notice period. which hampers in changing job

Pros

Well established company that has a very good reputation for quality and innovation in the market. International brand awareness makes the sales process easier. Large corporation ensures employee rights are followed in a fair and ethical manner. Inclusive workplace due in part to being a multi-country employer.

Cons

Somewhat left to figure it out yourself. Must be a self-starter that doesn't need much supervision. Can feel isolated when you first start and don't have many internal connection points. Takes a while to navigate processes and learn who's who and where to go for answers.
