Bodine continues to be a great place to work in spite of the Philips/Signify effects.

Cons

Bodine was a great place to work when Philips/Signify did not integrate the business into all of its red tape and silo mentality.

- Best team that follows our company core values, and we can all trust each other, work hard, and have fun at the same time - Direct manager and management team within our group is very trust worthy and truly cares about our career development, engagement within the company, and overall well-being -feedback, no blame culture that focuses on continuous improvement - Great benefits and work/life balance - Signify cares a lot about sustainability - Good communication from leadership team

As Philips, it seemed as if we were appreciated, had opportunities and a future!

Cons

Since becoming Signify, constant layoffs and restructuring which is a sign of poor management.
