highly innovative products, intellectually challenging, smart people, strong drive to be environmentally sustainable, good financial performance, high salaries

Cons

Extremely complex matrix structure, yet still very hierarchical decision making. Lack of empowerment. Very rational executives - well intentioned but not good at showing empathy.
