      Average 401k benefits matching up to 6% only.

      Cons

      Future applicants - you should be aware of the office politics, mediocrity, and racial discrimination. You may well speak up, but HR will always find a way to act against you. Whether you have worked here for nearly a decade or only a couple of years, unless you are part of the management clique, there is a strong likelihood your career prospects will stall. To my former colleagues of colour, I hope everything works out for you in the end.
