      Pros

      Enough time to learn at work.Good salary and a lot of days off.

      Cons

      Favouring individuals,culture of fear.The behavior of the “brown nose” is appreciated and such individuals receive raises and promotions,work is not valued.Political games in relationships between people. For beginners it is good, sure, but for experienced, go as far as possible.

      Flexible hours, ability to be self starter and drive objectives that make sense (but this is changing rapidly)

      Cons

      Management sets priorities, but does not perform from a top-down approach. They expect bottom-up push to drive company directives with very little support

      Pros

      Highly driven and capable colleagues who come from very diverse backgrounds. Great collaborative work. Strategy and products are exciting. Lighting is a fascinating sector

      Cons

      Senior management is very hierarchical and self-centered. They create a fear culture with limited incentives to drive change, try new things and improve. Execution of strategy is centered around cost reduction. CEO has an ego that impairs his ability to lead the company.
