I can't find pros lately.

Cons

They do not listen to anything employees say, the decide to save money through employees and not open at all to any support or home office. The company does not provide benefit and call work from the office a benefit. Not recommended.

Green products, good benefits and time off

Cons

Company doesn't care about employee health during COVID-19. Employees are being asked to come in while vaccines are not required and masks are mandatory but not enforced. Unvaccinated employees are not even asked to get tested regularly. Those of us who have to come in to work in the labs have to police employee masking while upper management and HR sit at home.
