      standard MNC employee benefits, good working space in class A commercial business building

      Cons

      no work life balance, long working hours and company politic need to avoid and biggest issue "color" preferences for growth path, need to know someone to climb up the corporate ladder.

      Supportive Team Environment: The team has been welcoming and always ready to help, making my onboarding smooth. Learning Opportunities: I’ve had exposure to various products and sales processes, which has accelerated my learning curve. Clear Communication: Regular meetings and updates have kept me aligned with team goals and expectations. Access to Resources: The availability of training materials and tools has been very helpful in understanding the workflow.

      Strong product portfolio with a wide stack of offerings. The company has an established brand and reputation in the lighting industry. Opportunities to work with innovative technology and sustainable solutions.

      Cons

      Onboarding experience was poor, with little structure or support. Teams often felt siloed and disjointed, making collaboration difficult. Lack of accessible management — my manager was often unavailable when needed. Support systems were weak, making it hard to succeed in the role.
