      Don’t join tech doc team in signify it’s worst

      Everything was good untill 2023.

      Cons

      Always you will be under stress to Loose the job and you will meet the worst person on this planet who doesn’t even have the proper knowledge or hold the degree but still leading the team and always language baised. No opportunity to grow, forget about the salary and worst thing is they will haunt for your CTC and not licking boots. If you don’t know Tamil your career will end.

      - Curios collogues = asking me how ive worked with customers before - Nice collogues = always a smile on there face and ready to help. - Focus on sustainability = Not only in products but also in everyday life. - Eager to learn from me as well = Listing on how we can work on new segment that will evolve our future buisness. Not saying no to learning new things. - Welcoming

      Cons

      - Large company, change takes time. - Portfolio is a bit narrow, standard products missing that our competitors have. - Office location is far away from my home, Takes 1 hour in rush hour. cant come up with anything else.

      The work culture actively fosters strong learning and professional development, supported by a robust project pipeline that consistently delivers valuable use cases. Work life balance is also quite good.

      Cons

      Company is not great in terms of benefits or bonus.
