Overall fantastic work life balance to determine own hours as long as the work gets done. High level of manager trust to individuals who want to be self-directed. As with any company or job, there are busy periods requiring long hours or work outside "regular" business day due to time zones and travel, about 20% of the time. Work culture is very collaborative and stellar individual and managers hold up the teams.

- Flexibility (No micro-management on checking in and out of work and always granted home office when needed at reasonable levels of course) - Inclusive (Very inclusive culture of being greater together through diversity and respecting each other opinions. Also encourages to 'speak up' if otherwise) - Great team to work with (Everyone is very transparent, polite and empathetic) - Growth opportunities (A big effort to hire internally and promote internally which brings forward a lot of opportunities over time) - Cross organization cooperation (Very down to earth approach to get stuff done quickly and effectively) - Zero blame culture (Company really focuses on facts and processes instead of people when things go sideways. Always looking at what went wrong instead of who did it wrong. No fear of any consequences for operational honest mistakes.)
