Good severance packages at Signify since it is a European company.

Cons

IT standards were weak and therefore, it was like working in a big Mom and Pop shop that had grown for 20 years.

Coworkers are great and the actual working environment is good. It's very easy to take care of yourself and your work and keep your personal and work lives seperate

Cons

Pay is a bit lacking but that could be something I need to negotiate better for.
